Bill Martin has been a partner with the firm since 1991. Bill practices in the
areas of Civil Rights claims, employment discrimination litigation,
Insurance Coverage actions, and personal injury litigation.

Bill has extensive experience in both the trial and appellate courts. He concentrates in the areas of employment discrimination, personal injury, professional negligence, and insurance coverage litigation. He has handled appeals in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division and the United
States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In addition, in 2001, he was successful in changing the law which existed for over 150 years in New Jersey regarding tolling of wrongful death actions for claims by the decedent's minor children in the landmark case of LaFage v. Jani, 166 N.J. 412 (2001).

Bill is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law in 1988, where he was
the Chairman of the Moot Court Board. He then was the Law Clerk to the
Honorable Joseph H. Rodriguez in the United States District Court for the
District of New Jersey in 1988-89, before joining the firm. Bill was admitted to
the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court in 1989, and
the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 1991. He was
admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court in 1992.

Bill has received the highest rating available from Martindale-Hubbell, Peer
Review Rating "AV" as a very high to preeminent attorney. He is also in
Strathmore's Who Who's in Attorneys.

Bill is a member of the Camden County Bar Association, the New Jersey State
Bar Association and the American Bar Associations. He is a member of
the New Jersey Defense Association. Bill has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney.
