Richard C. Bryan joined the firm in 1998 and has been a partner with the firm since 2003. His practice concentrates on complex litigation and personal injury, with an emphasis in construction accidents, product liability claims, employment law and insurance coverage matters.

Rich has served as lead counsel in many complex cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death on behalf of construction companies, product manufacturers, employers and individuals throughout the state of New Jersey. Rich has been successful in pursuing many third party claims for coverage and indemnity for his clients arising out of these matters. He also handles LAD employment discrimination actions on behalf of the employer in both the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights and the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Bryan graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1997. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Bryan was named a “Rising Star’s Super Lawyer” in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 for personal injury defense. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Defense Association, and the Camden County Bar Association.
